Do you know what I’m craving right now? A Taito fic that doesn’t start during the show.

Let’s face it, most of us are College-age or beyond by now, and I’d really love it if I could find a fic that reflects that.

Give me Tai and Matt moving together at some point because it’s just easier and cheaper and all around nicer (so long as they find some agreement over how to deal with their messes).

Give me Tai and Matt settling into domesticity in between classes, answering each other’s phone and greeting each other’s parents when they visit.

Give me Tai and Matt chatting about their respective dates and supporting each other though the rough patches with pizza and cooking and the occasional hangover.

Give me Tai and Matt falling asleep together on the couch and waking up to a ray of sun burning at their noses, and one of them decides it’s a good idea to kiss good morning, and neither of them thinking anything of it until Kari (or TK, or both) comes to visit and goes “wait since when are you guys dating”

And both of the boys looking confused because they may kiss each other good morning and sleep in the same bed bud aside from that nothing really changed.
