Anxiety things

It’s not that I don’t trust my gut at all (I’m working on that) but like. I know I’ll always be scared. Unless I’m in a familiar environment with familiar people and familiar activity I’ll always be battling with this low-key panic feeling, so why would I take fear as an automatic sign that something’s wrong with a situation/project/idea/etc?
The problem being, of course, that this leads to making rash decisions which I’m not (always) equipped to handle and just lands me in positions where I wouldn’t have ended up if I’d just taken the time to like. Sort through things.
